Nahal Shahidzadeh leads Acceptto’s operations and planning. Nahal is an entrepreneur with broad experience covering financial services and managing private funds. Previously, she worked on microprocessor design and development of the Pentium 4 microprocessor at Intel Corp. with 6 issued and pending patents.
Co-Founder & CTO
Dr. Haitham Akkary leads the technical staff at Acceptto. Haitham is a computer technologist with 29 years of contribution to modern computer architecture, more than 50 issued and pending patents and a significant number of publications. Prior to Acceptto, Haitham was an Associate Professor at the American University of Beirut and worked for 20 years at Intel where he served as a Principal Research Scientist and held many other leadership positions in various microprocessor design and development projects.
Shahrokh Shahidzadeh leads a team of technologists, driving a paradigm shift in Cybersecurity through Acceptto's Cognitive Continous AuthenticationTM. Shahrokh is a seasoned technologist and leader with 27 years of contribution to modern computer architecture, device identity, platform trust elevation, large IoT initiatives and ambient intelligence research with more than 20 issued and pending patents. Prior to Acceptto, Shahrokh was a senior principal technologist contributing to Intel Corporation for 25 years in a variety of leadership positions where he architected and led multiple billion dollar product initiatives.
VP Global Field Operations
As Vice President of Global Field Operations, Rajiv Sinha leads Acceptto’s direct sales, channels, and customer advocacy worldwide. Prior, Rajiv held similar positions at Solebit.io (acquired by Mimecast in 2018), Immun.io (acquired by Trend Micro in 2017), Cigital (acquired by Synopsy in 2016) and PwC LLP, after spending a decade at Oracle in a career spanning software engineering, product management, security incident response and software security operations. Resident in the Bay Area, he holds advanced degrees in management, engineering and computer science from UC Berkeley.
Fausto Oliveira is a distinguished software and security technologist with 20 years of experience implementing large scale Software/LAN/WAN projects as well as defining security policies, procedures and guidelines. Prior to Acceptto, Fausto worked as a security architect at McAfee, where he led a number of security initiatives and served in a variety of key engineering and leadership roles. Fausto works closely with the Acceptto AIML team on heuristic/behavior analysis of traffic patterns and resource usage to identify anomalies and deliver risk based authentication using Acceptto’s Dynamic Level of Assurance (DLOA).
Dr. Stefan Ulbrich
AI Research Scientist
Stefan Ulbrich is the Principal Artificial Intelligence Research Scientist at Acceptto. He leads Acceptto's eGuardian® BiobehavioralTM authentication and the scene and action recognition. Prior to Acceptto, Stefan was a postdoctoral researcher at the FZI Research Center for Information Technology at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) where he led a research group working on the “Human Brain Project” (HBP). Stefan received his PhD in Machine Learning from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), one of the most renowned research groups for humanoid robotics where he invented a number of highly efficient algorithms for learning body models from observation that are suitable for robot control, as well as action and person recognition.

Jim Routh is the Chief Security Officer and leads the Global Security function for Aetna. He is Chairman of the NH-ISAC Board, serves on the Board of the National Cyber Security Alliance and is a member of the Advisory Board of the ClearSky Security Fund. He has over 30 years of experience in information technology and information security as a practitioner, management consultant and leader of technology, analytic and information security functions for global firms.
Principal Software Architect
Mani has 15 years of experience in system architecture and software development in telecommunication and security industries. He developed a business support solution at Rastinware, a company he co-founded in 2010, for some of the biggest internet and 3G-LTE providers in the middle-east. Mani has always been passionate about cybersecurity and predictive analytics. He joined Acceptto in 2014 as the Principal Software Architect, where he had the privilege to work with a very innovative team to develop one of the leading BiobehavioralTM, risk-based authentication systems in the security industry.
