Nahal Shahidzadeh leads Acceptto’s operations and planning. Nahal is an entrepreneur with broad experience covering financial services and managing private funds. Previously, she worked on microprocessor design and development of the Pentium 4 microprocessor at Intel Corp. with 6 issued and pending patents. Nahal was honored as a Gold winner in the Cybersecurity Woman of the Year (North America) category of the 2020 Cybersecurity Excellence Awards.

Dr. Haitham Akkary leads the technical staff at Acceptto. Haitham is a computer technologist with 29 years of contribution to modern computer architecture, more than 50 issued and pending patents and a significant number of publications. Prior to Acceptto, Haitham was an Associate Professor at the American University of Beirut and worked for 20 years at Intel where he served as a Principal Research Scientist and held many other leadership positions in various microprocessor design and development projects.
Shahrokh Shahidzadeh leads a team of technologists, driving a paradigm shift in Cybersecurity through Acceptto's Continuous Behavioral AuthenticationTM. Shahrokh is a seasoned technologist and leader with 27 years of contribution to modern computer architecture, device identity, platform trust elevation, large IoT initiatives and ambient intelligence research with more than 20 issued and pending patents. Prior to Acceptto, Shahrokh was a senior principal technologist contributing to Intel Corporation for 25 years in a variety of leadership positions where he architected and led multiple billion dollar product initiatives.
VP of Business Development
As Vice President of Global Field Operations, Rajiv Sinha leads Acceptto’s direct sales, channels, and customer advocacy worldwide. Prior, Rajiv held similar positions at Solebit.io (acquired by Mimecast in 2018), Immun.io (acquired by Trend Micro in 2017), Cigital (acquired by Synopsy in 2016) and PwC LLP, after spending a decade at Oracle in a career spanning software engineering, product management, security incident response and software security operations. Resident in the Bay Area, he holds advanced degrees in management, engineering and computer science from UC Berkeley.
Fausto Oliveira is a distinguished software and security technologist with 20 years of experience implementing large scale Software/LAN/WAN projects as well as defining security policies, procedures and guidelines. Prior to Acceptto, Fausto worked as a security architect at McAfee, where he led a number of security initiatives and served in a variety of key engineering and leadership roles. Fausto works closely with the Acceptto AIML team on heuristic/behavior analysis of traffic patterns and resource usage to identify anomalies and deliver risk based authentication using Acceptto’s Dynamic Level of Assurance (DLOA).
Dr. Stefan Ulbrich
AI Research Scientist
Stefan Ulbrich is the Principal Artificial Intelligence Research Scientist at Acceptto. He leads Acceptto's eGuardian® Biobehavioral® authentication and the scene and action recognition. Prior to Acceptto, Stefan was a postdoctoral researcher at the FZI Research Center for Information Technology at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) where he led a research group working on the “Human Brain Project” (HBP). Stefan received his PhD in Machine Learning from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), one of the most renowned research groups for humanoid robotics where he invented a number of highly efficient algorithms for learning body models from observation that are suitable for robot control, as well as action and person recognition.
Principal Software Architect
Mani has 15 years of experience in system architecture and software development in telecommunication and security industries. He developed a business support solution at Rastinware, a company he co-founded in 2010, for some of the biggest internet and 3G-LTE providers in the middle-east. Mani has always been passionate about cybersecurity and predictive analytics. He joined Acceptto in 2014 as the Principal Software Architect, where he had the privilege to work with a very innovative team to develop one of the leading Biobehavioral®, risk-based authentication systems in the security industry.
Director of Digital Marketing
Anna DeMent brings over 20+ years of Digital Marketing and E-commerce expertise, both within an agency and client side setting providing strategic guidance for multichannel marketing plans. She has proven expertise and track record of developing innovative digital growth strategies in all aspects of marketing: e-commerce, social media, content development, demand generation, media strategy, email marketing, testing and analytics, mobile marketing, and user experience. She oversaw Digital E-commerce strategy for Nautilus, Inc. and led the Bowflex.com website digital transformation tripling web revenue. She directed a team of in-house and agency integration partners to re-platform multiple Bowflex brand sites into a single unified experience on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud. She’s a results-driven marketing leader.
VP of Global Sales
Bijan is the Global VP of Sales where he leads company’s technical sales, solution architects, and customer success teams, as well as, sales operations and administration. He has over 20 years of cybersecurity experience and track record in building fast-growth sales, services, and marketing organizations for such companies as Check Point, Microsoft, CA Technologies, and IBM. As a passionate entrepreneur, Bijan was involved with two successful startups with a desirable outcome. He holds an MBA in Business Strategy and International Business from Saint Mary’s College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.

Jim Routh is the Head of Enterprise Information Risk Management for MassMutual in Boston. Mr. Routh was formerly a security leader for many large companies including: CVS Health, Aetna, JP Morgan Chase, KPMG, DTCC and American Express. At Aetna, he developed one of the most mature converged security programs in the private sector. He serves as a board member and advisory board member for several companies including: University of California Berkeley Center for Long Term Security, Clear Sky Advisory Board, Cyber Starts Advisory Board and the Global Cyber Alliance. He is the former Chair of the Health Information Sharing & Analysis Center (H-ISAC) and former board member of the FS-ISAC. He serves on the board of Armis Security and Accepptto, he is on the advisory board of Zero North and Agari. Mr. Routh has been recognized by many industry awards for Cyber Security Leadership and he regularly publishes articles on innovative practices and capabilities to improve enterprise resilience across industries.
Jim Kaskade is currently the CEO of Conversica, a pioneer in the category of Intelligent Virtual Assistants. Mr. Kaskade is an experienced executive with a unique perspective of running high-growth businesses at any scale. Prior to Conversica, he led Janrain -- the category creator and global leader of Consumer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) -- as CEO. Janrain became the global leader in CIAM under Kaskade’s leadership in 2018 and was later acquired by Akamai Technologies in early 2019. Prior to Janrain, Kaskade was the Vice President & General Manager of Digital Applications at CSC (now DXC). This line of business generated more than $1B in commercial revenue, including both consulting and delivery organizations focused on serving Global 1000 companies in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil; with technologies from partners including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow. Prior to that, Mr. Kaskade was the VP & GM of Big Data & Analytics at CSC where he grew revenues more than 50% YOY.
Tim Tompkins is the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer of CVS Health. He also oversees the Global Security Architecture and Innovation organization which includes Security Data Analytics, Architecture and Cyber Threat Intelligence. Tim joined Aetna in 2002 and led the deployment of many IT and security capabilities before moving into developing security strategy. Tim’s expertise lies in applying innovative technology solutions to new healthcare security challenges in a practical way. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
